Graduation Requirements
Students must meet the following criteria by either December 19, 2023 for winter graduation or May 14, 2024 for spring graduation in order to earn a 2023-24 diploma and participate in graduation activities:
- Complete 200 credits in specific subject areas (see CCCS graduation requirements)
- Fulfill Service Learning requirements
Students who do not fulfill these requirements by the dates above will be ineligible for participation in graduation activities and may not receive their diploma until the close of the 2023-24 school year.
CPR Graduation Requirement for California High Schools
A new California law implemented in the 2018-2019 school year requires courses in health education to include instruction in performing compression-only cardiopulmonary resuscitation. This CPR training will be provided at CCCS.
