Request a Transcript
Gateway Community Charters offers transcripts and student records free of charge for all current students and alumni; alternatively, current and former students can pick up a copy of their transcript in our office. For all requests, please ensure that you bring your current state or government-issued photo identification. Please call the office to schedule an appointment: (916)286-1915
*Please plan to return all school technology/supplies when you are picking up transcripts.*
For Schools and Other Educational Organizations:
- If you would like to request a student's cumulative record/file, please email a completed request to Mrs. Lee, Registrar, at brenda.lee@gcccharters.org.
- If you would like to request a student's transcript, please complete the transcript request form.

Unofficial Transcript Requests
Parents and students are able to access unofficial transcripts via the Aeries Parent Portal. If you do not already have an Aeries Parent Portal account, you can create one here!
To access the transcripts, once logged into the portal, click on Grades within the menu. When the Grades menu appears, click on Transcripts. You can view and print out the transcript for your records or to provide to employers and other companies.
